Concord Baseball Association (CBA)

The CBA was created in 2011 by Concord Carlisle HS Varsity Baseball Coach John Kelly (Me) to improve the players of the Concord Carlisle baseball community by giving them a more competitive and educational baseball experience.   With the cooperation of Concord Carlisle Youth Baseball the CBA was able to get on its feet and produce a successful program.   By combining the CC area with surrounding towns we have been able to put together successful winning seasons.   The 2012 season produced 8 college baseball players and 3 Massachusetts State All-Stars.   The Varsity Level team has earned a #1 seed 4 times.  In 2011 the Varsity lost in the final championship game, in 2012 the Middle School team lost in the final game, in 2013 the JV team won their Championship, in 2014 the 15u summer team won their championship, the 2014 fall Middle School team lost in the finals, and the 2014 fall JV team won their championship.. .

We've had players from all over join the program.  Players from Concord, Carlisle, Sudbury, Framingham, Wayland, Leominster, Leicster, Lowell, Harvard, Littleton, Stowe, Gardner and even a player from Connecticut.

John Kelly is assisted by Concord Carlisle High School Assistant Varsity Coach Josh Kieffer.  Josh was a college catcher out of Pennsylvania and has been a tremendous help developing youth catchers.  Josh also coaches in the Wayland Blazers AAU program.  Josh has been key part of Concord Carlisle Baseball for two years.

Our goal is to improve our skills but also to improve the players baseball IQ.
